Sitting holding the hand of a beautiful girl I wish I could stop time I wish I could stay here forever I wish I never had to let go of you We have had such a wonderful time With you such common things become so wonderful Such as taking a simple walk though the woods Or just sitting talking I feel as though I dont deserve so much of you But yet I could not be happy with any less of you It is such an amazing thing That in such a short time We could become so close How did I live before I met you Life would seem so empty without you What would a long walk be without your hand? What is a good movie without you beside me? What is a good evening without hearing your voice? I think they would be lonely Going back to how I used to be is not an option I couldnt enjoy being alone again What I would do without you Im not sure But with the help of God I will never know You mean more to me than you may ever know More than I may even know We have done so much together And we have so much to do still If only I could show how much you mean to me Words become quiet when I want to tell you Just how much I love you Time stops to watch when I look at you Everyday life steps back a couple of steps to give us that moment And love steps right in to tell you just what I cant find words for You are truly beyond words. |
