When Words Aren't Enough Gifts, rewards, treasures Some are given for good work done Others for services not expected But the ones most treasured Are the ones given for no reason Except maybe to say I Love You Or to help you out I have been given all three by you All of them put away in my heart To remember in a hard time Or to hold onto on a long day And what can I possibly give back That would match anything from you What can I say When words aren't enough And thank you can't say it all? I feel as though I am mute Unable to say anything As anything said would ruin the gifts That are given perfectly by you But for lack of a an alternative Thank you for all you have done And all you continue to do And just thank you. |
