Blessed Land of Liberty
Tall and stately buildings rise,
Silhouettes against red sunset skies.
All the world doth worship Thee,
O Blessed Land of Liberty:
Land of baseball and apples pie,
Where the murdered unborn never cry,
Land where beauty reigns on high,
Seconded only by money’s lie,
Where the media misleads us before our eyes,
Awarding us a worthless prize,
Where “Save the whales!” is daily screamed,
While children’s deaths go unredeemed.
Where the lives of stars are sensationalized,
Painful truths always disguised.
America,
America,
God be merciful on Thee,
Repent Thy sin,
Become changed within,
From sea to bloody sea.
